Portable Rescue tool you carry on your keychain. It has a Window breaker and Seatbelt cutter all in one device. You pull the clip to detach the device from your keychain. This exposes the razorblade to cut the seatbelt. To activate the window breaker place the cylinder (round) head of the device against the window in corner above door lock or near corner of window and press against the glass. This activates the springe loaded metal pin point inside which will break the glass.
